今回，我々はSAGEライブラリーを用いた網羅的遺伝子解析による肝細胞癌治療における新規分子標的C19ORF10のフルクローニングに成功した．
C19ORF10は分子量17KDaの分泌蛋白でPI3K/AktおよびMAPK/Erk1/2を介する増殖因子であり，抗C19ORF10特異抗体の上清添加によりその癌細胞増殖は抑制された．この結果を論文化しInternational Journal of Cancerに投稿し，第129巻第7号1576-85頁に掲載された．
更に，ELISAプレートを作成し，ヒト肝癌患者血清中のC19ORF10血清濃度測定の臨床応用への検討を行った
This time, we succeeded in the full cloning of new molecular target C19ORF10 activated in hepatocellular carcinoma by the comprehensive gene analysis which used the SAGE library.C19ORF10 is a growth factor through PI3 K/Akt and MAPK/Erk1/2. Cancer cell growth was suppressed by adding the anti-C19ORF10 antibody.
This result was submitted to International Journal of Cancer and published on Int J Cancer. 2011 Oct 1;129(7):1576-85.
Furthermore, we created the ELISA plate to C19ORF10 serum-concentration measurement and examine to clinical application of C19ORF10.
