大学の学部留学生には，従来のアカデミック・ジャパニーズに加え，21世紀型スキルの養成を目指す新たな大学教育の内容に対応できる力を持たせることが必要である。そこで本稿では，現代に重視されるパブリックスピーキング能力を，総合的に学べる実践活動を報告する。具体的には，留学生たちが旅行会社のインターンとなり，「訪日旅行客が求める体験型ツアーの提案」をグループで考え，それについてのプレゼンテーション行う活動である。受講した留学生からのフィードバックには，この活動全体への高い評価や，グループ活動への積極的な評価が現れていた。外国人留学生対象の日本語授業にも，新しい教育観を反映していく努力が必要だと思われる。
In addition to traditional academic Japanese skills, international undergraduate students must adapt to the new content of university education aimed at cultivating 21st century skills. This article reports on practical activities that enable international undergraduate students to learn public speaking skills comprehensively, which society emphasizes today. This was a specific practical activity：the groups of international undergraduate students propose a new“ Experiential Tours for Foreign Tourists” and present on the tours as interns at a travel agency. The international undergraduate students who took the course evaluated the overall activities highly and evaluated the group activities positively. Japanese language instructors must try to reflect the new view of education in Japanese classes for foreign students.
