2004年新潟県中越地震における医療機関の被害状況に関する現地調査およびアンケート調査を行なった. その結果に基づき, 医療機関の建物被害, ライフライン被害, 医療施設の被害などが地震直後の医療機能に及ぼした影響を分析した. さらに, 距離減衰式を構築して各病院の最大加速度を推定し, 地震動強さと被害程度の関係を定量的に考察した.
The present study is focusing on the damage to health care facilities in the 2004 Niigata-ken Chuetsu Earthquake. Questionnaire survey was conducted for the hospitals suffering damage by the earthquake. The relation between malfunction of the hospitals and damage to structures and lifelines was investigated.
