内容記述 | 性の多様性をふまえた看護教育の在り方を検討するため、医療系大学生のセクシュアルマイノリティに対する意識と関連要因を調査した。 725名(86.3%)の回答の結果、セクシュアルマイノリティに偏見がある者は19.9%で、これらの者は潜在意識テスト(IAT)得点が高かった。顕在的意識は直接関わった経験、関心、心理的距離感、受容度と、潜在的意識は情報を見聞きした経験、知識、心理的距離感、受容度と関連していたが、いずれも「学校で学んだ経験」との関連はみられなかった。 セクシュアルマイノリティに対する学生の意識を発展させていくには、学生が自ら考える教育内容・方法の工夫が必要であると示唆された。 |
