This paper reports on the changes this influenced in terms of program policy, problems regarding the preparation and implementation of program materials, the results of evaluation questionnaires after program implementation, and their analysis. The survey showed that, despite the on-demand format, many learners participated in the course in accordance with the program schedule. In addition, although it was originally an ecology learning program, many learners are interested in the Japanese language and Japanese culture, and the necessity of learning Japanese in this program was confirmed.
