          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">ヒ素(V)は塩酸酸性溶液中でピスムチオールIIと反応し,クロロホルムに抽出可能な淡黄色沈殿を形成する.この反応を利用する微量ヒ素(V)定量の基礎的条件を検討した.ヒ素試料溶液に適量の塩酸及び0.1%試薬溶液を加えて,約(3〜4)M塩酸酸性溶液(約30ml)とし,生成した呈色錯体をクロロホルムで抽出する.クロロホルム中の過剰の試薬をリン酸二水素カリウム-ホウ酸ナトリウム緩衝溶液(pH 7.5)で洗浄,除去した後,吸光度を吸収極大波長335nmで空試験液を対照として測定する.検量線はヒ素50μg/10mlまで直線性を示し,この波長におけるモル吸光係数は1.62×10^4l mol^&lt;-1&gt; cm^&lt;-1&gt;であり,5回の繰り返し実験による標準偏差はヒ素20μg/10mlの濃度で0.52%であった.共存イオンの影響については,アルミニウム(III),カドミウム(II),コバルト(II),マンガン(II),ニッケル(II),鉛(II),亜鉛(II),リン酸イオンは多量共存しても妨害しないが,クロム(VI),モリブデン(VI),白金(IV),セレン(IV),テルル(IV),バナジウム(V)は妨害する. Arsenic (V) reacts with Bismuthiol II to form a light yellow precipitate in hydrochloric add solution, which is extracted into chloroform. The spectrophotometric determination of As(V) based on this reaction was studied. The recommended procedure is as follows: To a sample solution containing up to 50μg of As(V), hydrochloric acid and 5ml of 0.1% reagent solution are added, the whole volume being adjusted to about 30ml and the HCI concentration to (3〜4)M. The solution is allowed to stand for 10min at a temperature below 22℃. Then, the precipitate is extracted by shaking for 10 min with 10ml of chloroform. To remove the excess reagent from the chloroform extract, it is washed twice by shaking for 90s with 20ml each of the buffer solution (potassium phosphate/sodium borate. pH 7.5) and the absorbance is measured at 335nm against the reagent blank. Beer's law was held up to 50μg-As(V) in 10ml of chloroform and the molar absorptivity was 1.62×10^4l mol^&lt;-1&gt; cm^&lt;-1&gt; at 335nm. Large amounts of Al(III), Cd(II), Co(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Zn(II) and PO_4^&lt;3-&gt; do not interfere with the determination of As(V), but Cr(VI), Mo(VI), Pt(IV), Se(IV), Te(IV) and V(V) interfere.</datacite:description>
