相互注入同期発振器のFM 雑音低減の実験的研究 An Experimental Study of the FM Noise Reduction of Bilaterally Ota, Masaki Kashiwano, Hirohide 00019754 Hayashi, Kenichi Hashimoto, Shoshin 00019712 Ida, Yoshio 大田, 正喜 柏野, 博英 00019754 林, 健一 橋本, 松進 00019712 井田, 良雄 In our previous paper the FM noise reduction of bilaterally injection-locked oscillators is analyzed by using a simple model in which noise conversions between AM and FM noises are omitted. In this paper an experimental study of the FM noise reduction is presented. The experiment shows that the FM noise reduction factor is determined, depending on both the figure of merit of unilateral injection and the electric length of the circuit between a reference source and a main oscillator, as predicted from the analysis.
