中世ドイツにおける城主支配領域から領国の地方行政組織への発展の研究 80170645 櫻井, 利夫 第一に、中世ドイツの南東部地域、オーバーバイエルンの貴族ファルケンシュタイン伯の城塞支配権に関する研究からは、領主館を中心とするグルントヘルシャフトから、城塞を中心とするシャテルニー制（城塞区制）への発展が、第二に、北ドイツの貴族、ヴェルフェン家の領国における城塞支配権とアムト制の研究からは、シャテルニー制から領国の地方行政組織アムトへの発展が明らかとなった。またしたがって、グルントヘルシャフトからシャテルニー制へ、さらにシャテルニー制から領国の地方行政組織アムト制へという発展線を想定することが可能であることが解明された。 First, according to the study of castle lordship of Count Falkenstein who ruled in South Bavaria, it has been proved that the manorial system centering on manor house developed into castle lordship centering on castle. Second, according to the study of castle lordship (chatellenie) and office-system in the territory of the Northgermen Noble,the Welfs ,it has been proved that castle lordship grew into the local governmental organisation(office-system).
