環日本海域の有害性多環芳香族炭化水素類の発生・輸送・反応と曝露の国際比較 International Comparison of Emission, Transport, Secondary Formation and Exposure of Toxic Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Pan-Japan Sea Region 40115267 早川, 和一 東アジアの大気質は急激変化している。本研究では，強毒性でPM2.5の主要成分であるPAH, NPAHに焦点を合わせて，これ等とその反応（代謝）物の高性能分析法を開発し，実試料分析を行った。1990年代後半から日本では自動車排ガス規制の効果により大気中PAH, NPAH濃度が大幅に減少したが，中国やロシアでは濃度が増加傾向を示す都市もあった。測定結果から，この地域におけるPAHの排出インベントリと大気化学輸送モデルを開発し，長距離輸送も再現できた。また大気輸送中のPAH, NPAH二次生成物を同定し，これらと代謝物の中に変異原性や内分泌撹乱作用など，強い生物活性を示すものがある事を明らかにした。 East Asian countries surrounding Japan Sea, such as Japan, China, Korea and Russia, have shown significant change of atmospheric conditions with fast industrial development. Atmospheric behaviors of carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) and nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (NPAH) were studied in this area. Their atmospheric concentrations decreased in Japanese cities by the effective countermeasures against automobile exhaust. However, several cities in China and Russia showed the increasing tendency of the concentrations. By using the analytical results, the emission inventory and the chemical transport model were newly developed. In the atmosphere, on the other hand, several oxidized derivatives of PAHs and NPAHs formed through secondary formation were identified.
