尿路性器腫瘍に対するヒトパピローマウイルス感染の関連性についての検討 Etiological role of human papillomavirus infection in the development of urogenital tumor 重原, 一慶 尿路HPV感染を調査する上で最も簡便かつ非浸襲的な方法は、尿検体を使用することと考え、子宮頸癌検診で汎用されている液状細胞診を応用することにより、HPV-PCR検査と細胞診が同時に可能であることを報告した。また、女性膀胱腫瘍84例を対象とした検討では、HPV検出率は6.0%(5例)であった。その5例について、分子細胞学的手法を用いて、感染したHPVが腫瘍の発生に関与していることを示唆し得るデータを得た。同様に日本人陰茎癌の47%がHPV感染に関連したものであったことを突き止めた。 Firstly, as urine samples are suitable for large-scale studies of not only HPV but also other microorganisms that cause urethritis because of the ease and noninvasive nature of sampling, we have attempted to improve the analysis methods using urinary samples. We found that this method is applicable for detection of HPV in urine. In addition, eighty-four female patients with primary bladder tumor were studied. HPV-DNA was detected in 5 (6.0%) of 84 eligible patients, and we demonstrated that HPV infection is likely to play an important role in the development of female bladder tumorbased on various histopathological and molecular methods.
