高機能自閉症スペクトラム障害児への支援: 会話分析から単一事例実験デザインへ Supporting children with HFASD: From conversational analysis to single subject research design 70116911 大井, 学 ５事例について会話分析と介入が行われた。大人の話している最中に無関係な行動を始めるケースでは大人の大げさな身振りで改善がもたらされ、前置きなしで話す子どもに大人が直截な質問をすることで会話の継続につながった。大人の終助詞付きコメントに子どもが反応しないケースでは終止形をもちいてコメントするようにし、子どもの反応が得られるようになった。子どもと大人がセッション終了の合意を生み出すことができなかったケースでは、大人があからさまでメッセージを詳述する長い言葉を用いると交渉が可能となった。 Five boys with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder was interviened to their communicative failure by conducting conversational analysis.　In the case where the boy began irrelevant behavior while the adult talked, conversation was improved when the adult used flowery gestures. In the case where the boy talked without preamble, the conversation was sustained by the adult's straight questions to the boy. In the case where the boy did not respond to the adult's comment with sentence end particle like "no", the boy responded to the adult's comment with end-form sentence.
