代理懐胎の人類学: 英国における代理懐胎の実態と当事者の語りの研究 Anthropological study of surrogacy: an expiatory research on the practice of surrogacy 40621157 島薗, 洋介 本研究では、英国における代理懐胎における規制のあり方と実態の解明を目的とし、文献調査よび現地調査を実施した。その結果、英国内では、商業的代理懐胎が行われているものの、アメリカ、インド、ウクライナ、ロシアなど、外国での商業的代理懐胎の利用が広がっていること、また、代理懐胎の広がりが、男性同性愛者の家族形成と強く結びついていることが明らかとなった。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the regulation and the practice of surrogacy in the United Kingdom. For this purpose, ethnographic research was conducted as well as review of literature. As a result, it became apparent that, despite the legal probation of the commercial surrogacy in the UK, the use of commercial surrogates in such countries as the United States, India, Ukraine and Russia has become increasingly common in the UK .
