          <dc:description>This is a case presentation of counseling for a mother, whose daughter was with school refusal, using pragmatic videotape analysis of her conversation with a counselor. The analysis helped her reflect on her communication, and she began to feel that she did not listen to her daughter during the analysis session. A week later, she reported that she started to experience watching herself ob­jectively during conversation with her daughter. This case suggested the efficacy of pragmatic videotape analysis on promoting her metacognition of communication and on improving her rela­tionship with her daughter.</dc:description>
