| 内容記述 | Many local cities lose population in their central area. Kanazawa City started grant projects for promoting housing activities in the central area as one of housing policies since 2001. It is fairly unique system and necessary to evaluate this project to use more effectively in the future. This study aim is to evaluate this project through questionnaire survey against households. Households, who have received and not received grants for their housing activities, are selected for comparison study. Factors are studied such as household characteristic, building indices, reasons for application of the grant and its atisfaction level using questionnaire data. As a result of this study, it is clarified that the grant system has a certain level effective, especially for housing activities for younger households moving in the central area from outside area. Some proposals are also presented. | |||||
