In the present investigation the rotatory inertia, the membrane tension and the correction of curvature are taken into cosideration. The governing partial differential equation is reduced to the nonlinear simultaneous algebraic equations by Galerkin's method and harmonic balance method. The simultaneous equations are solved numerically by Newton's method. According to the above method, an approximate solution including the modes up to the third order and the higher-harmonics up to the fifth order is applied to a representative example.
