| 内容記述 | α-Substituted succinic anhydrides were synthetized from xylene isomers and maleic anhyd ride by di-tert-butylperoxide intiator. Unsaturated polyesters were prepared from phthalic-maleic anhydride and propyleneglycol. Various properties of these cast resines were examined and it was concluded that α-substituted succinic anhydride, 3-(m-tolyl)-1, 2-dicarboxylic anhydride, had a intermediate property between phthalic and succinic or adipic acid as a acid component of unsaturated polyester. The reactivity of xylene isomers to maleic anhydride was also determined. The main products were almost 1: 1 adducts (I) except a-xylene in which a poly-adduct (II) of maleic anhydride was produced irrespective of a minor reactivity. |
