| 内容記述 | The distribution of the genus Sphagnum and the moor vegetation in Japan, are reported. 542 moss moors of Sphagnum are dotted at north of Lat. 36°N, east of Long. 138°E in Japan. The distribution of Sphagnum spe-cies（37 species, 4 subspecies and 1 variety）are classified following 6 distributional patterns, Sphagnum palustre Type, S . fimbriatum Type, S. microporum Type, S . fuscum Type, S . guwassanense Type and S . dusenii Type. The each kinds of Sphagnum distribute in the habitats which are fit to grow and they are able to classify ecologically. The developmental stages of the moors are recognized accordig to the Sphagnum species. In addi-tion, two new associations, Isachno-Sphagnetum papillosi and Tilingio-Sphagnetum papillosi, are described. | |||||
