All 106 recipients underwent stem cell transplantation (SCT) after myeloablative conditioning between 1985 and 2002. Risk status of disease at SCT was standard (n = 63) and high (n = 42). After SCT, 36, 49 and 33 developed acute GVHD, chronic GVHD and relapsed, respectively. Our patients relapsed at rates of 16.7 and 38.6% with one or more and without incompatibilities (P = 0.013). The relapse rates of patients with CD62L, CD31 codon 563, CD31 codon 125, HA-1 and CD49b incompatibilities were 5.9, 11.8, 15.4, 16.0 and 33.3%, respectively. The frequency of acute GVHD did not differ regardless of incompatibilities. In standard-risk group, the accumulated relapse rates of 19 and 44 patients with and without minor histocompatibility antigen incompatibility were 22% and unexpectedly 66%, respectively (P = 0.02). The probability of 12-year survival was 88% in the former and 66% in the latter patients (P = 0.03). Our data suggest that incompatibility of CD62L, CD31 codon 563 and CD31 codon 125 contributes to a graft-versus-leukemia effect rather than to GVHD, resulting in prolonged survival after HLA-identical SCT.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"提供者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"金沢大学大学院医学系研究科","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Nature Publishing Group"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https://doi.org/10.1038/sj.bmt.1705506","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0268-3369","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Katagiri, Takamasa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shiobara, Shintaro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakao, Shinji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Wakano, Miki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Muranaka, Eriko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kuba, Nahoko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Furukawa, Tatsuo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tsukada, Junichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takeda, Hiroko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Aizawa, Yoshifusa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Harada, Mine"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-03"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ME-PR-SHIOBARA-S-007.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"166.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ME-PR-SHIOBARA-S-007.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/12955/files/ME-PR-SHIOBARA-S-007.pdf"},"version_id":"62cdfb76-2e6c-43f4-a727-755c5b2a444f"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Mismatch of minor histocompatibility antigen contributes to a graft-versus-leukemia effect rather than to acute GVHD, resulting in long-term survival after HLA-identical stem cell transplantation in Japan","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Mismatch of minor histocompatibility antigen contributes to a graft-versus-leukemia effect rather than to acute GVHD, resulting in long-term survival after HLA-identical stem cell transplantation in Japan"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1134"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-03"},"publish_date":"2017-10-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"12955","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Mismatch of minor histocompatibility antigen contributes to a graft-versus-leukemia effect rather than to acute GVHD, resulting in long-term survival after HLA-identical stem cell transplantation in Japan"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":3},"updated":"2023-07-27T12:24:36.334816+00:00"}
