{"created":"2023-07-27T06:28:24.737743+00:00","id":12962,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"64385040-1b4f-4054-b990-b57f54f5ad3d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"12962","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"12962"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00012962","sets":["1132:1133:1134"]},"author_link":["20151","20109"],"item_4_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1989-01-10","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"9","bibliographicPageStart":"3","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"16","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"理学療法学"}]}]},"item_4_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"寡運動 (Hypokinesia/Hypodynamia) による若齢及び成熟マウスの腓腹筋の萎縮の差異について検索することを目的とした。4週齢(若齢群), 12週齢 (成熟群) のマウス40匹をそれぞれ実験群と対照群に分け, 実験群に対しては Morey 等の tail suspension モデルを用いて後肢を無荷重状態とした。2週間の寡運動後, 即ち6及び14週齢でマウスを屠殺し, 体重を測定した。その後腓腹筋を採取し, 湿重量を計測後, 凍結切片を作成し, Myosin ATPase, ヘマキシリン・エオジン染色を実施し, 組織化学的, 組織学的検索を行なった。寡運動により, 若齢群は対照群に比べ体量は減少したが, 成熟群では変化は認められなかった。腓腹筋の湿重量は若齢群, 成熟群ともに低下するものの, 前者の方が大であった。細胞径は若齢群ではタイプ1, 2線維ともに著しく減少し, かつタイプ1線維の構成比率が増加した。一方成熟群の細胞径は, タイプ1線維の方がタイプ2線維より著明に減少した。筋線維構成比率の変化は見られなかった。ヘマトキシリン・エオジン染色の結果, 若齢群には, 中心核, 細胞の壊死や結合織の増殖像が認められ, myopathic な変化を示した。若齢群に見られる著しい筋萎縮は寡運動に伴う成長の一時的停滞の為と推測される。 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypokinesia/hypodynamia (H/H) on anthropometric, histochemical and histologic characteristics of medial gastrocnemius muscles (MG) in adult versus immature mice. Hindlimb suspension for two weeks was used to produce atrophy in two groups of mice, ages 4 and 12 weeks, with non-suspended animals serving as controls. Young H/H mice exhibited marked decreases in body weight and muscle weight. H/H reduced the diameter of both type 1 and type 2 fibers, increased the percentage of type 1 fibers, and decreased the percentage of type 2 fibers in young MG. For all measurements young mice were more affected than adult mice.
