{"created":"2023-07-27T06:28:26.361471+00:00","id":13000,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7854ce7e-494e-4db4-a2a6-a7b5357b6f1f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"13000","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"13000"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00013000","sets":["1132:1133:1134"]},"author_link":["20314","20315","20081","20109"],"item_4_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1998-09-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"6","bibliographicPageEnd":"387","bibliographicPageStart":"381","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"25","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"理学療法学"}]}]},"item_4_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"廃用性筋萎縮の回復過程に及ぼす運動負荷の影響を, 運動持続時間の違いから検討した。ラット20匹(体重203~227g)を各4匹の5群に分け, その内4群を実験群, 1群を対照群とした。実験群には2週間の後肢懸垂により廃用性筋萎縮を惹起した。その後, 懸垂をはずし2週間の回復過程とし, その間, 1)通常飼育, 2)1日10分運動負荷, 3)30分運動負荷, 4)90分運動負荷を実施した。なお, 運動負荷はトレッドミルによる走行運動を週5日行った。分析はヒラメ筋を材料とし, 組織化学的に行った。ヒラメ筋の相対重量比は, 90分運動負荷群が他実験群より有意に大きかった。さらに, 対照群とは差がなく, 運動による回復を示した。しかし, 筋線維タイプ構成比率および断面積は, 実験群間に差はなかった。また, 断面積の分布状況より, 実験群のタイプII維で小さいサイズの線維群が観察され, 一時的筋傷害の可能性が示唆された。以上より, 廃用性筋萎縮の回復過程における運動負荷では, 持続時間が一つの規定因子であるが, それのみでは効果を規定できないと考えられた。さらに運動負荷による効果と筋傷害の両面を考慮したプログラムの必要性が示唆された。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise duration on recovery from disuse atrophy in rat soleus muscle, Twenty male Wistar rats (weight: 203-227g) were divided into experimental and control groups. In the experimental group, disuse muscle atrophy was induced by hindlimb suspension for two weeks, Upon termination of the suspension, these rats were made to run for 10, 30, or 90 min/day on a treadmill during the subsequent recovery period (2 wk). The soleus muscle weight-to-body weight ratio for the 90 min-group was significantly higher than that for the other experimental groups, but not different from that for the control group, indicating that this group had recovered as a result of exercise. No differences in cross-sectional area of muscle fiber or percentage distribution of muscle fiber type were observed among the experimental groups. Frequency distribution analysis of the cross-sectional area revealed apopulation of sma11-sized fibers with type II fiber in the experimental groups, indicating that exercise may cause transient muscle injury.
