Three types of their early or preneoplastic lesions were added. As for intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, biliary intraepithelial neoplasm (BilIN), intraductal papillary neoplasm, and mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) were added, and these lesions were categorized into three grades. As for gallbladder carcinoma, BilIN, intracystic papillary neoplasm, MCN and adenoma were described.
