Although some studies have indicated that the presence of +8 is associated with the immune pathophysiology of bone marrow (BM) failure, its pathophysiology may be heterogeneous. We studied 53 patients (22 with AA and 31 with low-risk MDS) with +8 for the presence of increased glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein-deficient (GPI-AP-) cells, their response to immunosuppressive therapy (IST), and their prognosis. A significant increase in the percentage of GPI-AP- cells was found in 14 (26%) of the 53 patients. Of the 26 patients who received IST, including nine with increased GPI-AP- cells and 17 without increased GPI-AP- cells, 14 (88% with increased GPI-AP- cells and 41% without increased GPI-AP- cells) improved. The overall and event-free survival rates of the +8 patients with and without increased GPI-AP- cells at 5 yr were 100% and 100% and 59% and 57%, respectively. Examining the peripheral blood for the presence of increased GPI-AP- cells may thus be helpful for choosing the optimal treatment for +8 patients with AA or low-risk MDS. © 2014 John Wiley & Sons A/S.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Blackwell Publishing"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1111/ejh.12484","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA10668976","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0902-4441","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hosokawa, Kohei"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sugimori, Naomi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Katagiri, Takamasa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sasaki, Yumi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Saito, Chizuru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Seiki, Yu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Mochizuki, Kanako"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamazaki, Hirohito"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takami, Akiyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakao, Shinji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-03"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ME-PR-NAKAO-S-230.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"462.7 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ME-PR-NAKAO-S-230.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/14216/files/ME-PR-NAKAO-S-230.pdf"},"version_id":"6ed8a9c4-a7fb-46dd-a608-49bf7b2daf03"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Increased glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein-deficient granulocytes define a benign subset of bone marrow failures in patients with trisomy 8","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Increased glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein-deficient granulocytes define a benign subset of bone marrow failures in patients with trisomy 8"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1134"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-03"},"publish_date":"2017-10-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"14216","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Increased glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein-deficient granulocytes define a benign subset of bone marrow failures in patients with trisomy 8"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-28T00:51:00.492625+00:00"}
