 note = {症例は基礎疾患としてC型肝硬変を有する82歳の女性で，黒色便，貧血を認めた．ダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡検査にて，近位空腸に70mm大の有茎性ポリープを認めた．外科的摘除を行い，病理組織学的にAdenomyomatous hamartomaと診断した．手術後，出血のエピソードは認めなかった．消化管出血の原因として小腸Adenomyomatous hamartomaは非常にまれであり，報告した．We report a 82-year-old female with liver chirrhosis who presented melena and anemia. Initial upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy and computed tomography failed to find the bleeder. Double balloon endoscopy revealed sub mucosal nodule about 60mm in diameter located at proximal jejunum. Surgical resection was carried out. Pathologic examination indicated that the tumor was adenomyomatous hamartoma. The patient was symptom-free after the operation.},
