IgG4-related diseases are characterized by high serum IgG4 concentrations, sclerosing inflammation with numerous IgG4-positive plasma cells, and steroid sensitivity irrespective of their organs of origin. In this report, we describe a case of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia, in which possible involvement of IgG4 was suggested. The patient was 59-year-old man, who was found to have bilateral interstitial pneumonia. Laboratory tests revealed that he had antinuclear antibody and a high serum IgG4 concentration. Pathological examination of the video-assisted thoracic surgery biopsy taken from the right lower lobe showed interstitial thickening associated with lymphoplasmacytic infiltration containing many IgG4-positive plasma cells. He was effectively treated by corticosteroid. The present case had many clinical and clinicopathologic similarities to systemic IgG4-related autoimmune disease. There have been no descriptions on isolated interstitial pneumonia with IgG4-positive plasma cell infiltration. This case suggested that IgG4-related disorders could also occur in the lung, and interstitial pneumonia may be a pulmonary manifestation of systemic IgG4-related autoimmune disease © 2008 The Japanese Society of Internal Medicine.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"提供者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"金沢大学医薬保健研究域医学系","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24517/00014602","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本内科学会 = Japanese Society of Internal Medicine"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.2169/internalmedicine.47.0411","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_relation_28":{"attribute_name":"関連URI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"http://dx.doi.org/10.2169/internalmedicine.47.0411","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}},{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"http://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/internalmedicine/47/4/47_291/_article","subitem_relation_type_select":"URI"}}]},"item_4_rights_23":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"Copyright (c) 2008 by The Japanese Society of Internal Medicine"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA10827774","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0918-2918","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takato, Hazuki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yasui, Masahide"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ichikawa, Yukari"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Fujimura, Masaki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakao, Shinji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Zen, Yoh"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Minato, Hiroshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-03"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ME-PR-FUJIMURA-M-291.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"518.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ME-PR-FUJIMURA-M-291.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/14615/files/ME-PR-FUJIMURA-M-291.pdf"},"version_id":"07458e25-5b44-4752-b376-1786e7d3146f"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia with abundant IgG4-positive cells infiltration, which was thought as pulmonary involvement of IgG4-related autoimmune disease","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia with abundant IgG4-positive cells infiltration, which was thought as pulmonary involvement of IgG4-related autoimmune disease"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1134"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-03"},"publish_date":"2017-10-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"14615","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia with abundant IgG4-positive cells infiltration, which was thought as pulmonary involvement of IgG4-related autoimmune disease"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":3},"updated":"2023-07-27T17:45:10.765274+00:00"}
