The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of attenuation correction (AC) by the SSPAC method on normal myocardial perfusion database. Methods: A total of 32 sets of exercise-rest myocardial images with Tc-99 m-sestamibi were acquired in both photopeak (140 keV ± 10%) and scatter (7% of lower side of the photopeak window) energy windows. Myocardial perfusion databases by the SSPAC method and non-AC (NC) were created from 15 female and 17 male subjects with low likelihood of cardiac disease using quantitative perfusion SPECT software. Segmental myocardial counts of a 17-segment model from these databases were compared on the basis of paired t test. Results: AC average myocardial perfusion count was significantly higher than that in NC in the septal and inferior regions (P < 0.02). On the contrary, AC average count was significantly lower in the anterolateral and apical regions (P < 0.01). Coefficient variation of the AC count in the mid, apical and apex regions was lower than that of NC. Conclusions: The SSPAC method can improve average myocardial perfusion uptake in the septal and inferior regions and provide uniform distribution of myocardial perfusion. The SSPAC method could be a practical method of attenuation correction without X-ray CT. © 2009 The Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"提供者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"金沢大学医薬保健研究域","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1007/s12149-009-0258-0","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA10708017","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0914-7187","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Okuda, Koichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakajima, Kenichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Motomura, Nobutoku"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kubota, Masahiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamaki, Noriyasu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Maeda, Hisato"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Matsuo, Shinro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kinuya, Seigo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-03"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ME-PR-OKUDA-K-501pdf","filesize":[{"value":"155.0 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/octet-stream","url":{"label":"ME-PR-OKUDA-K-501pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/14727/files/ME-PR-OKUDA-K-501pdf"},"version_id":"fa1f97cf-168d-4faa-94c7-a473d364267b"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Attenuation correction of myocardial SPECT by scatter-photopeak window method in normal subjects","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Attenuation correction of myocardial SPECT by scatter-photopeak window method in normal subjects"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1134"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-03"},"publish_date":"2017-10-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"14727","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Attenuation correction of myocardial SPECT by scatter-photopeak window method in normal subjects"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-28T00:41:53.820318+00:00"}
