The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by the NMR data along with the lactone sector rule by circular dichroism (CD). Compound 1 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity against HeLa cells.© 2007 Pharmaceutical Society of Japan., 金沢大学大学院自然科学研究科生理活性物質科学, 金沢大学薬学部}, pages = {953--954}, title = {(3R,4aR,5S,6R)-6-hydroxy-5-methylramulosin: A new ramulosin derivative from a marine-derived sterile mycelium}, volume = {55}, year = {2007} }
