| 内容記述 | 現在の日本薬局方は, 医薬品の判定基準として, 色に関しては主観的な表現法を採用している. 生薬の色の表示に関しては, これまでにも種々論議されてきた. 村上ら2)は生薬を色票と比色して標準色名で表現し, 局方の記載と比較し, さらにその結果をxy色度図上に示しているが, これらの方法は色名の表現が細かくて利用しにくく, また色度図上でも個々の生薬を区別するには到っていない. 色を客観的に数値で表す試みは古くから行われていたが, 生薬学の分野では個々の薬物内でも変化が大きいために重要視されなかったと思われる. しかし近年色計測機器(色彩計)が進歩し小型で便利になったので, 今回物体表面色を測定する色彩計により, 生薬の色による品質評価を試みた. 従来, 色を客観的に表現する手段として, マンセル表色系3a), XYZ表色系(CIEl93l表色系)3b)などが利用されてきた4). , 一方, 1980年にJIS規格されたL*a*b*(エルスター, エ一スター, ビースター)表色系3c)は色差を論じるのに優れ3d), さらにその値からXYZ表色系より色彩をイメージしやすい利点があるとされている4a). The measuring conditions for the evaluation of the qualities of powdered crude drugs by colorimetry were examined. In this work, the colors of crude drugs were specified by the CIE 1976 L*a*b* color system which seemed to be more suitable than other color systems such as the Muncell color system and the CIE 1931 standard colorimetric system for the definition of the color differences. By this method, Ginseng powders of various grades prepared by different procedures were successfully distinguished from each other by their own specific colors. Powdered crude drugs are usually identified by histological examinations, which, however, do not tell much about the grades or qualities and the procedures for the preparation of the crude drugs. Now, by analyzing the colors of powdered drugs, it is possible to know such details of the qualities of crude drugs to some extent. | |||||
