| 内容記述 | The Japanese crude drug so called "Yatsumeran" has been used as the folk remedy for gonorrhea, lambago, cold and etc., and the original plant of this was considered to be Lepisorus thunbergianus (KAULF.) CHING in Polypodiaceae. Two kinds of "Yatsumeran", one from Gumma pref. on Tokyo market and the other from Kagawa and Tokushima pref. on Osaka market, were taken as the materials. From their appearances, they seems to be originated from two or three plants. To clarify their origins, we studied anatomical characters of Lepisorus spp. distributed in Japan; L. thunbergianus, L. thunbergianus (KAULF.) CHING var. angustus KURATA, L. ussuriensis (REG.) CHING var. distans (MAKING) TAGAWA, L. uchiyamae (MAKING) H.ITO, L. onoei (FR. et SAV.) CHING, L. hachijoensis KURATA, L. tosaensis (MAKING) H. ITO, L. annuifrons (MAKING) CHING and Pyrrosia linearifolia (HOOK.) CHING. The characters of their internal structures are shown as TABLE 1. Through our studies, the origins of "Yatsumeran" from Kagawa and Tokushima pref. were proved to be L. thunbergianus and L. ussuriensis var. distans, those from Gumma pref. were L. thunbergianus, L. onoei and Pyrrosia linearifolia.「序言」「八ツ目蘭」はわが国で民間的に淋疾, 疝気, 感冒, 腎臓病, 水腫などの治療薬として用いられる3, 4)生薬である. 八ツ目蘭という名称は本草綱目啓蒙5)や本草図譜6)に「ヤツメグサ」および「ヤツメラン」としてノキシノブの別名にあげられて以来, その基源はノキシノブLepisorus thunbergianus(KAULF. )CHINGであるとされているが定説はない. なお唐本注7)の石韋の項で「又有生古瓦屋上者名瓦韋用治淋亦佳」とあるものに対し, 松岡玄達8)は瓦韋の基源植物をノキノシタ草とし, また小野蘭山5)はノキシノブとしている. 現代中国においてもL.thunbergianusは瓦韋の名称で淋疾, 結膜炎, 口腔炎, 喀血, 血尿, 扁桃炎, 百日咳, 腎炎などに用いられている9～11). 今回四国および群馬県産の大阪, 東京市場品「八ツ目蘭(ヤツメラン)」を入手したところ, ノキシノブと思われる植物を基源とするもの以外にその形態の類似したLepisorus onoei(FR. et SAV. )CHINGヒメノキシノブ, Pyrrosia linearifolia(HOOK. )CHINGビロウドシダなどと思われるものが多量混入する商品も認められた. | |||||
