| 内容記述 | The botanical origins of Chinese fruit drugs "Di-fu-zi" and "Chong-wei-zi" are complicated on present markets. The drugs derived from Leonurus plants of Labiatae have been reported in the previous paper. On the other hand, most of "Di-fu-zi" seem to be derived from Chenopodiaceae plants, especially genera Kochia and Chenopodium. In this paper, Chenopodiaceae "Di-fu-zi" were identified by comparative anatomical study. The results were as follows: as to the botanical origin of "Di-fu-zi" from Continental China, those on Beijing and Xian markets were Kochia scoparia (L.) SCHRADER, on Osaka market was the mixture in nearly equal ratio of Chenopodium album L. and C. ambrosioides L., on Nanjing market was C. ficifolium SMITH, and on Zhenjiang market was the mixture in the ratio of 3:1 of C. album and C. ficifolium, respectively. "Di-fu-zi" from Taiwan was proved also to be the fruits of K. scoparia. "Di-fu-zi" from Korea, on Seoul market consisted of two kinds of fruits, mainly from C. album and rarely from K. scoparia, and on Daegu market consisted also of the same two kinds, but in converse ratio. The key to the botanical origins of "Di-fu-zi" and "Chong-wei-zi," based on the anatomical characteristics of the fruits of Kochia, Chenopodium and Leonurus plants, is shown in TABLE II.漢薬「地膚子」および「茺蔚子」は本来まったく別の薬物であるが, 現在市場ではそれらの間に基源の混乱がみられ, 相互間で数種の異物同名品が認められる. 前報1）ではLabiataeのLeonurus属植物に由来する商品について述べたが, 入手しえた各国市場の「地膚子」のほとんどのものは外見上Chenopodiaceae植物の果実を基源とするものと思われた. またそれらはさらに, Kochia属植物およびChenopodium属植物に由来すると考えられる2種に大別 された. 本報ではChenopodiaceae植物に由来する「地膚子」の基源を明らかにする目的で, 中国大陸, 台湾および韓国との共通種を含む3）本邦産のK. scoparia（L. ）SCHRADERホウキギ, C. album L. シロアカザ, C. album L. var. centrorubrum MAKINO アカザ, C. virgatum THUNB, カワラアカザ, C. ficifolium SMITH コアカザ, C. glaucum L. ウラジロアカザ, C. ambrosioides L. ケアリタソウおよびC. ambrosioides L. var. anthelminticum（L.）A. GRAY アメリカアリタソウの果実を比較組織学的に検討した. 実験の部 I. 材料 1. 生薬材料（1）中国大陸産地膚子「A」：北京市, 同仁堂（地夫子, 1980年）, 北京医科大学附属医院（地朕子, 1981年）;西安市, 東大街第一中薬店（地朕子, 1980年）からの入手品. （2）中国大陸産地膚子「B」：大阪市, 栃木天海堂（1978年）;南京市, 南京中医学院附属医院（地朕子, 1980年）; 鎮江市, 老孫仁堂（地朕子, 1980年）からの入手品. （3）台湾産地膚子:嘉義市, 新富山薬行（地夫子, 1971年）からの入手品. （4）韓国産地膚子「A」：大邸市, 南城漢薬房（1971年, 1979年）からの入手品. （5）韓国産地膚子「B」：ソウル特別市, 誠保堂漢薬房（1982年）からの入手品. | |||||
