University"}]}]},"item_7_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、自身の意思で避難所または自宅待機を選択して避難することが可能な地域在住 の高齢者において、災害時の避難指示に対する避難行動の意向（自宅に居たい、避難所に移 動したい）とその影響要因を明らかにして、介護の有無がその意向に及ぼす影響について分 析することを目的とした。介護保険サービスを利用している24 人と利用していない61 人の 計85 人（平均年齢：77.7 歳、女性：81％）を対象として、避難行動の意向、防災意識、防災 行動に関して聞き取りによる質問紙調査を実施した。居住地域における災害の危険性を知っ ている者は79%、内服薬・お薬手帳を常備している者は51%、避難所・避難経路を確認した ことがある者は73%、発災時の家族との連絡方法を考えている者は69% だった。避難指示 が発令した際、自宅に居たいという意向の者は35%、避難所に移動したいという意向の者は 65％であった。介護保険サービスの利用者の方が利用していない者より、自宅に居たいとい う意向に影響していた。居住地域における災害の危険性を知らない者の方が知っている者よ りも自宅に居たいという意向に影響していた。また、介護保険サービスの利用者の方が利用 していない者よりも、地域の防災訓練への参加者の割合が低かった。以上のことから、介護 の有無が避難行動の意向の影響要因の一つであることが示されたが、それぞれの意向に影響
