In the sound lateralization test, the right/left ratio of the ITD discrimination threshold was determined, and the percentage increase was calculated in the right ITD discrimination threshold relative to that on the left. The right/left ratio of ITD discrimination threshold ranged from 1.18 to 2.76. This study revealed that threshold level was significantly elevated on the right side for right USN patients. Specifically, it was difficult for right USN patients to perceive a sound image shift from the center to the right side. In the sound lateralization test, ITD discrimination ability was measured using a selfrecording apparatus. Subjects were requested to press the button in the switch box as soon as possible when they perceived whether the location of the sound image was biased toward the right or the left side from the center. This analysis indicated that right USN patients have reduced recognition ability for right auditory stimulation; right-side sound images may be shifted leftward in their sound location function. This phenomenon was thought to be related to allocentric neglect.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"金沢大学つるま保健学会 = Tsuruma Health Science Society, Kanazawa University"}]},"item_7_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11599711","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-8502","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_7_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"砂原, 伸行"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"657","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"30624613","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=30624613"},{"nameIdentifier":"30624613","nameIdentifierScheme":"金沢大学研究者情報","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ridb.kanazawa-u.ac.jp/public/detail.php?kaken=30624613"},{"nameIdentifier":"30624613","nameIdentifierScheme":"研究者番号","nameIdentifierURI":"https://nrid.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000030624613"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"能登谷, 晶子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"272","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"30262570","nameIdentifierScheme":"研究者番号","nameIdentifierURI":"https://nrid.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000030262570"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"中谷, 謙"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1619","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"90441336","nameIdentifierScheme":"金沢大学研究者情報","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ridb.kanazawa-u.ac.jp/public/detail.php?kaken=90441336"},{"nameIdentifier":"90441336","nameIdentifierScheme":"研究者番号","nameIdentifierURI":"https://nrid.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000090441336"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-04"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"AA11599711_40_1-75-82.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.4 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"AA11599711_40_1-75-82.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/16068/files/AA11599711_40_1-75-82.pdf"},"version_id":"7fcff1ba-dc20-4b74-af8a-87ea610c6fa5"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"right unilateral spatial neglect","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"sound lateralization","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"inter-aural time difference","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"left brain lesions","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"allocentric neglect","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"左半球損傷による右半側空間無視例の音の方向感認知能力","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"左半球損傷による右半側空間無視例の音の方向感認知能力"},{"subitem_title":"Sound lateralization abilities in right unilateral spatial neglect patients due to left hemisphere damage","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"3","path":["1225"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-04"},"publish_date":"2017-10-04","publish_status":"0","recid":"16068","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["左半球損傷による右半側空間無視例の音の方向感認知能力"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-28T00:22:19.410220+00:00"}
