University"}]}]},"item_7_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"健常人13例,脳血管障害患者33例(左脳損傷群17例,右脳脳損傷群16例)に対して,音の方 向感検査として時間-強さ取引検査を行い,各群の特徴を検討した.方法として最初に4段 階(200μsec,400μsec,600μsec,700μsec)の設定時間差により,左右どちらか一方向に 偏倚した音像を呈示した.次に逆側の音の強度を徐々に上げ,最初の偏倚した方向から音像 が正中に戻ったと被験者が認識出来た時の逆側の音の強度差を測定した.その結果設定時間 差が増えれば,音像を正中に戻すのに必要な強度差も群全体の傾向として増加傾向にあるこ とが確認された.しかし設定時間差が700μsecになる際には,必要強度差が減る例も出てき たことから,今回700μsecの設定時間差を追加したことで,設定時間差が大きくなると少な い強度差の設定で音像が正中位に戻る傾向,すなわち強度差の優位性を明らかにすることが 出来た.また右脳損傷群の左偏倚条件では,群全体の傾向としても設定時間差が600μsecか ら700μsecと増えても必要強度差は減る傾向がみられた.これには右脳損傷群において左方 向の音像に対して右方向へずれて認識する傾向や,音像の中心が右へ偏倚する傾向などの音
