| 内容記述 | From the fixed viewpoints I have critically investigated the former achievements in the U.K. and the U.S. about the management of social administration in local authority in these states and I have obtained the fourteen points (the peculiar descriptive models) . I have continuously considered these points through analysis of the reality of management of social administration in local authority in the U.K., the U.S., the Japan and the Germany. Consequently I have completed the fifteen more generaler descriptive models as hypothesis (concurrently frame of reference in analysis in my coming works) that have fonns of individual types and proposition about reality. | |||||
