There are various methods to measure Tc and T g. DSC and DT A are widely used to study these phase transitions. The heating rates in such conventional thermodynamical measurements are limited to a narrow range, so other measurement methods covering a wide range are necessary. In the present work, conductance measurements, in addition to DSC, were carried out for Ser Tei glasses to study heating-rate dependences of Tg and Tc over a wide range of heating rate. Tc and Tg are classified into four characteristic regions with respect to the heating rate.}, pages = {49--53}, title = {非晶質物質の結晶化温度とガラス転移温度の昇温速度依存症}, volume = {20}, year = {1996} }
