Methods: IgG and IgM anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL), IgG anticardiolipin-β2 glycoprotein I complex antibody (aCL/β2GPI), and IgG antiphosphatidylserine-prothrombin complex antibody (aPS/PT) were examined with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 71 patients with ABD, including pemphigus vulgaris, pemphigus foliaceus, and bullous pemphigoid. Results: The prevalence of IgG aCL, IgM aCL, aCL/β2GPI, and IgG aPS/PT was positive for 22.4%, 9.1%, 9.9%, and 25.4% of the ABD patients, respectively, whereas these antibodies were not detected in any of the normal control subjects. Ten of 20 patients with ABD who were attending our hospital in 2004 tested positive for aPLs, and thromboembolism was detected in 7 of 10 patients with aPLs. Limitations: Follow-up studies, especially with a large patient group, will be needed to clarify the clinical relevance of aPLs in ABD. Conclusion: aPLs are frequently detected in patients with ABD. Careful examination and follow-up for thromboembolism may be necessary in ABD patients with aPLs. © 2007 American Academy of Dermatology, Inc.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"提供者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"金沢大学医学部附属病院皮膚科","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Elsevier"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1016/j.jaad.2006.07.004","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00256724","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0190-9622","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Echigo, Takeshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hasegawa, Minoru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Inaoki, Makoto"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamazaki, Masahide"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sato, Shinichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takehara, Kazuhiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"HO-PR-ECHIGO-T-397.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"248.1 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"HO-PR-ECHIGO-T-397.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/26611/files/HO-PR-ECHIGO-T-397.pdf"},"version_id":"d54cb444-9cf9-45d1-b0e5-b18b31fcd724"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Antiphospholipid antibodies in patients with autoimmune blistering disease","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Antiphospholipid antibodies in patients with autoimmune blistering disease"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1763"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-05"},"publish_date":"2017-10-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"26611","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Antiphospholipid antibodies in patients with autoimmune blistering disease"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-27T21:21:38.449130+00:00"}
