Patients with CAEBV may present with cutaneous symptoms, including hypersensitivity to mosquito bites and hydroa vacciniforme (HV)-like eruptions. HV is a rare photodermatosis characterized by vesicles and crust formation after exposure to sunlight, with onset in childhood, and is associated with latent EBV infection. While γδ T cells have recently been demonstrated to be the major EBV-infected cell population in HV, the immunophenotypic features of EBV-infected γδ T cells in CAEBV with HV-like eruptions or HV remain largely undetermined. We describe three patients with CAEBV whose γδ T cells were found to be the major cellular target of EBV. HV-like eruptions were observed in two of these patients. A clonally expanded subpopulation of γδ T cells that were highly activated and T cell receptor Vγ9- and Vδ2-positive cells was demonstrated in all patients. We also show that the clonally expanded γδ T cells infiltrated into the HV-like eruptions in one patient from whom skin biopsy specimens were available. These results suggest the pathogenic roles of clonally expanded γδ T cells infected by EBV in patients with CAEBV and HV-like eruptions. © 2012 The Japanese Society of Hematology.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Japanese Society of Hematology = 日本血液学会 / Springer Verlag (Germany)"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1007/s12185-012-1156-0","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_relation_28":{"attribute_name":"関連URI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs12185-012-1156-0","subitem_relation_type_select":"URI"}}]},"item_4_rights_23":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"(c)日本血液学会の許諾を得て登録"},{"subitem_rights":"The original publication is available at www.springerlink.com"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA10797094","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0925-5710","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Wada, Taizo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Toga, Akiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sakakibara, Yasuhisa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Toma, Tomoko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hasegawa, Minoru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takehara, Kazuhiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shigemura, Tomonari"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Agematsu, Kazunaga"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yachie, Akihiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"HO-PR-WADA-T-443.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"214.9 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"HO-PR-WADA-T-443.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/26808/files/HO-PR-WADA-T-443.pdf"},"version_id":"011c6347-9907-44e6-9e01-77c2a4132c57"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Clonal expansion of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-infected γδ T cells in patients with chronic active EBV disease and hydroa vacciniforme-like eruptions","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Clonal expansion of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-infected γδ T cells in patients with chronic active EBV disease and hydroa vacciniforme-like eruptions"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1763"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-05"},"publish_date":"2017-10-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"26808","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Clonal expansion of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-infected γδ T cells in patients with chronic active EBV disease and hydroa vacciniforme-like eruptions"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-27T21:18:27.557013+00:00"}
