Cohort studies of diabetic patients providing adjusted relative risk (RR) of albuminuria and eGFR for risks of cardiovascular mortality, all-cause mortality, and renal events were selected. Two reviewers screened abstracts and full papers of each study using standardized protocol.Results:We identified 31 studies fulfilling the criteria from 6546 abstracts. With regard to the risk of cardiovascular mortality, microalbuminuria (RR 1.76, 95%CI 1.38-2.25) and macroalbuminuria (RR 2.96 95%CI 2.44-3.60) were significant risk factors compared to normoalbuminuria. The same trends were seen in microalbuminuria (RR 1.60, 95%CI 1.42-1.81), and macroalbuminuria (RR 2.64, 95%CI 2.13-3.27) for the risk of all-cause mortality, and also in microalbuminuria (RR 3.21, 95%CI 2.05-5.02) and macroalbuminuria (RR 11.63, 95%CI 5.68-23.83) for the risk of renal events. The magnitudes of relative risks associated with low eGFR along with albuminuria were almost equal to multiplying each risk rate of low eGFR and albuminuria. No significant factors were found by investigating potential sources of heterogeneity using subgroup analysis.Conclusions:High albuminuria and low eGFR are relevant risk factors in diabetic patients. Albuminuria and low eGFR may be independent of each other. To evaluate the effects of low eGFR, intervention, or race, appropriately designed studies are needed. © 2013 Toyama et al.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Public Library of Science"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1371/journal.pone.0071810","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_rights_23":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"© 2013 Toyama et al."}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1932-6203","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Toyama, Tadashi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Furuichi, Kengo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ninomiya, Toshiharu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shimizu, Miho"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hara, Akinori"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Iwata, Yasunori"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kaneko, Shuichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Wada, Takashi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"HO-PR-TOYAMA-T-71810.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.0 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"HO-PR-TOYAMA-T-71810.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/26845/files/HO-PR-TOYAMA-T-71810.pdf"},"version_id":"bdc2950d-2fb6-40af-b758-147e139dc8a7"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"The Impacts of Albuminuria and Low eGFR on the Risk of Cardiovascular Death, All-Cause Mortality, and Renal Events in Diabetic Patients: Meta-Analysis","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"The Impacts of Albuminuria and Low eGFR on the Risk of Cardiovascular Death, All-Cause Mortality, and Renal Events in Diabetic Patients: Meta-Analysis"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1763"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-05"},"publish_date":"2017-10-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"26845","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["The Impacts of Albuminuria and Low eGFR on the Risk of Cardiovascular Death, All-Cause Mortality, and Renal Events in Diabetic Patients: Meta-Analysis"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-27T21:17:46.401335+00:00"}
