(1)術前の減黄期間を利用して高カロリー輸液を行い, 栄養状態の改善に努める. (2)術後早期よりみられる下痢や腹腔内ドレーンからの大量の体液喪失に対処するため, 現時点では術後早期の適切な水分補給による体内浸透圧環境の正常化を目的に, 水と電解質バランスに重点をおいた管理を最優先させ, 投与カロリー量は最少限にとどめる.
