However, we observed that a single administration of high-dose CTX abolished tumors arising from subcutaneous injection of a mouse hepatoma cell line and subsequently induced specific tumor immunity. Depletion of T cells, specifically CD4+ T cells, abrogated the CTX-mediated tumor regression. CTX treatment induced the rapid recruitment of CD4+ T cells into the tumors, and these recruited cells initiated expression of LAMP1/CD107a, a cytotoxic granule molecule, and granzyme B in the absence of antigen presentation at draining lymph nodes and proliferation in the tumor tissues. Moreover, CTX enhanced the expression of a CC chemokine, CCL3, in tumor tissues, and CTX-mediated tumor regression was attenuated in mice deficient in CCR5, the receptor for this chemokine. Consistently, less CTX-induced accumulation of intratumoral LAMP1/CD107a-expressing CD4+ T cells was observed in mice receiving splenocytes derived from CCR5-deficient mice than in those receiving splenocytes derived from WT mice. Thus, CTX induces the expression of CCL3, which induces the intratumoral migration of CD4+ T cells expressing cytotoxic molecules, leading to tumor eradication and subsequent specific tumor immunity. © 2015 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Embargo Period 12 months","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Elsevier Ireland Ltd."}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1016/j.canlet.2015.06.009","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_rights_23":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"Copyright © Elsevier (CC-BY NC ND)"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00598513","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0304-3835","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Naito, Tatsushi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Baba, Tomohisa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takeda, Kazuyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sasaki, Soichiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakamoto, Yasunari"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Mukaida, Naofumi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-10-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"CA-PR-MUKAIDA-N-93.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"816.0 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"CA-PR-MUKAIDA-N-93.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/27485/files/CA-PR-MUKAIDA-N-93.pdf"},"version_id":"0207fb1c-cc26-48dc-9a9f-f04616b6d4b0"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"High-dose cyclophosphamide induces specific tumor immunity with concomitant recruitment of LAMP1/CD107a-expressing CD4-positive T cells into tumor sites","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"High-dose cyclophosphamide induces specific tumor immunity with concomitant recruitment of LAMP1/CD107a-expressing CD4-positive T cells into tumor sites"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"3","path":["1779"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-10-05"},"publish_date":"2017-10-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"27485","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["High-dose cyclophosphamide induces specific tumor immunity with concomitant recruitment of LAMP1/CD107a-expressing CD4-positive T cells into tumor sites"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-27T21:05:39.184948+00:00"}
