In this paper, the authors describe the outline of the class “Academic Writing I” during three years, from Spring Semester 2014 to Autumn Semester 2016. In this class, a questionnaire survey is carried out among the international students every semester, to reveal their actual situation of writing reports. The survey’s result shows that the students realize their basic skills to write reports, for example, how to quote information, how to write one's opinion, how to explain some figures or graphs, have improved. But there are still other points to improve, for example how to research materials or how to use Japanese grammar correctly.}, pages = {3--20}, title = {留学生を対象とした「アカデミック・ライティングⅠ」の実践報告: レポート作成の実態に基づいた授業デザインとその評価}, volume = {11}, year = {2017} }
