 note = {本研究の目的は金融、医療・介護、教育等の非市場型サービスの質の評価と生産性の計測を行うことである。その他に、これらのサービスを提供する際に重要となりつつある情報セキュリティについても取り上げた。 ①金融サービスについては、情報提供者としての取引銀行の役割の重要性、銀行の効率性が顧客企業のTFP成長率に正の影響を及ぼすこと、②医療サービスに関する cost-utility 分析の必要性、介護費用が要介護度を低下させること、③教育については、TVやゲームが子供の発達に与える影響は小さいものの、適切な管理が必要なこと、卒業した大学の質は賃金に影響は与えていないことを明らかにした。, The aim of this research is to measure of quality and productivity of non-marketable services such as finance, medical and nursing care and education.
