| 内容記述 | 造精細胞に発現する細胞接着分子Cadm1は、セルトリ細胞に発現するポリオウィルス受容体と相互作用することにより、精子形成に関与する。Cadm1のKOマウスでは、造精細胞の形態異常やアポトーシスによる精子形成障害により不妊を生じる。本研究では、造精細胞の細胞内でCadm1と相互作用する2つのアダプター蛋白質BspryとMpp6を同定した。BspryとMpp6は伸長精子細胞に局在することが分かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Cell adhesion molecule-1(Cadm1) is expressed in only spermatogenic cells. It is involved in spermatogenesis by the interaction with poliovirus receptor expressed in Sertoli cells. Cadm1-deficient mice have male infertility due to defective spermatogenesis, in which abnormal spermatids and apoptotic cells are prominent. In the present study, we identified two adaptor molecules, Bspry and Mpp6, which interact with Cadm1. Both molecules localized in elongating spermatids of the testis. | |||||
