{"created":"2023-07-27T06:44:36.420522+00:00","id":34891,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ad6c0a31-2e2c-4fba-8436-4c2f607f11e2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"34891","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"34891"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00034891","sets":["2812:2813:2837"]},"author_link":["482"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1998-02-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"102p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1995-1996","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成8(1996)年度 科学研究費補助金 基盤研究(C) 研究成果報告書"},{"bibliographic_title":"1996 Fiscal Year Final Research Report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、石川県に立地する戸建住宅、集合住宅の居住性及び地域性と住居観との関連性を探ることを目的とし、金沢市市街地立地の民間分譲集合住宅(以下『金沢』と表記)、金沢市郊外の計画的戸建住宅地(『松任』)、能登地方中都市既成市街地の戸建住宅(『羽咋』)の居住者を対象に調査を実施し、その結果を分析した。以下本研究で得られた特徴的な結果を示す。 (1)平面構成…『金沢』は和室1室、洋室2室の3LDK、『松任』は洋室3〜4室と和室1室の4〜5LDKが典型的である。『羽咋』は洋室1〜2室で残りが全て和室とDKのタイプが多いが、住宅面積はばらつきがある。 (2)住まい方…団らん、食事、夫婦・子どもの就寝、接客の部屋の取り方は、『金沢』『松任』『羽咋』それぞれの立地条件、平面構成、住宅形態により異なる傾向がみられる。『羽咋』はどの行為においても和室の使用が圧倒的に多いが、子供寝室に関しては洋室の割合も和室と同程度あり、子供室の洋室化は顕著であるといえる。 (3)居住性評価…『金沢』は住宅各部の狭さが最大の問題点である。『松任』は住宅に関しては収納スペース不足程度であるが、交通の便の悪さや生活・文化施設の不足が大きな不満点である。『羽咋』は収納スペース不足と台所の不満が挙げられ、全体として生活上、自然環境上満足が得られているものの、多様な社会断層の居住者が混在しているためか、近所づきあいに不満が多い。 (4)住居観…従来自宅内で行われていた冠婚葬祭は、『羽咋』の方が『松任』より自宅で行いたいとする世帯の割合が高いが、今後葬式や結婚披露宴は減少していくであろう。高齢期の住み方は『松任』は近居を理想とする世帯が『羽咋』より多いが、現実には完全同居か別居の割合が理想より高くなると感じている。 The purpose of this study is to clarify the real state of living, housing view, residents' needs on their dwelling environment and regional defferences of these. For this purpose, I investigated among residents of condominiums (located in \"Kanazawa\", center of the city in Hokuriku District) and detached houses (located in \"Matto\" in the suburbs of Kanazawa and \"Hakui\" in the Noto Peninsula) in Ishikawa Prefecture. The results are as follows ; 1) The typical plan of dwelling unit in \"Kanazawa\" is 3LDK type consisted of 1 Japanese-style room, 2 Western-style rooms and LDK.In \"Matto\" it is 4-5LDK type consisted of 1 Japanese-style room, 3-4 Western-style rooms and LDK.In \"Hakui\", it is nDK type consisted of several Japanese-style rooms, 1 Western-style room and DK. 2) The use pattern of rooms for family circle, taking meals, bedrooms, entertaining guests (way of dwelling) is varies with lifestages, dwelling unit plans, housing types (detached houses or condominiums) and dwelling area. 3) Residents of \"Kanazawa\" are not satisfied limited storage space. In \"Matto\", residents are not satisfied the lack of means of conveyance and few culture and community facilities. 4) Residents want to have ceremonies of New Years'Day, betrothal and memorial services (Hoji) in their own houses from now on. But few want to have ceremonies of marrige and funeral in their own houses. More residents in \"Hakui\" want to have these ceremonies in their own houses than in \"Matto\". 5) Many residents in \"Matto\" and \"Hakui\" want to live separately at a short distance with their married children, if they are aged.
