| 内容記述 | 医師の行動および態度の特徴を把握し,患者のよりよいアウトカムをもたらすための,患者の選好を把握して行う科学的な判断方法を糖尿病治療において検討した。患者のHbA1cは医師の目標値に対する考えに影響され,患者と医師とのコミュニケーションの態度,教育スタイルがHbA1cや医師への満足度に影響していた。効用値の検討において、現在の状況を悪く評価している人は将来も悪く評価する傾向が示唆され,有している病態によりQOLを評価する要素が異なることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The patient utility values and the physician attitudes were studied to bring the better outcome in the treatment of diabetes. The HbA1c values of the diabetic patients were influenced by the targeted value of the doctor, and a manner of the communication with a patient and the doctor, and the education-style of the doctor influenced the satisfaction to the doctor of the patients. In the examination of the utilities of the patients, as for the patient who evaluated present status badly, a tendency to evaluate badly in the future was suggested, and the elements which evaluated QOL might be different by the disease condition of the patients. | |||||
