{"created":"2023-07-27T06:50:16.928159+00:00","id":43002,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"07e240bf-5579-4511-a8bf-255269776ccb"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"43002","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"43002"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00043002","sets":["2812:2813:2828"]},"author_link":["69190","69191"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"54p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2003-2005","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成17(2005)年度 科学研究費補助金 基盤研究(B) 研究成果報告書"},{"bibliographic_title":"2005 Fiscal Year Final Research Report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"木材関連業や建設業などから排出される木屑,おが屑,ノコ屑等の木質系未利用バイオマスをポリオール等の有機溶媒を用いて液化し,これを原料として環境負荷低減型高機能性材料の合成とその物性の改善による新機能性材料の開発を目指した。未利用バイオマスの利用では,原料と品質の確保,コストの低減,集荷や輸送が大きな課題となるが,建設廃材等は既存の生産・加工システムを活用して大量に入手することが可能であり品質的にもある程度揃ったバイオマスを確保することが可能である。\n従来断熱材として用いられているグラスウール,発泡スチロール,ポリウレタン等は産業廃棄物となっており環境負荷が大きいため,この点に着目し,合成された環境負荷低減型発泡体を断熱材として応用することを試みた。本機能性材料は木質系廃棄物を原料としているため,有害ガスをあまり出さずに燃えたり,生分解性や50〜100年間の炭素固定ができるという木材の特性を有する。\n本研究では,種々の合成条件において発泡体を合成しその物性評価を行った。そして,液化木材粘度,水酸基価,反応温度等の要因と得られた発泡体の熱伝導率,強度,密度等の物性との相関性を検討し,築用断熱材として利用するための発泡体合成の最適条件を調査した。平成15,16年度の研究にて,PLL303溶媒を使用した場合には液化木材粘度が高く,反応温度は423K,PCL205Uを使用した場合には液化木材粘度が低く235Kで合成できることが判った。平成17年度の研究では,溶媒としてPLL303とPCL205Uの混合溶媒を用いると,反応温度313〜343Kで液化木材の粘度に及ぼす温度の影響がほとんど認められず,均一製品を作りやすいことが判った。また,従来の断熱材と同等の断熱性能を持つ発砲体を343K以下の低温で合成できることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Woody biomass is the renewable organic resources, and it has the feature of absorbing and fixing carbon dioxide. It is also paid attention as the energy resource of environmental harmony type due to its abundance. A much amount of wood waste is,however, being scraped without being used. Therefore, it is necessary to use the wood waste effectively from a viewpoint of global environmental conservation and zero emission. General heat insulators such as the glass wool, the polystyrene foam and polyurethane foam are being scraped as industrial waste. And environmental disruption of waste materials have been developing rapidly.\nIn this study, wood waste was liquefied by Polyol in the presence of sulfuric acid as a catalyst, and the foam was synthesized by using liquefied wood. In addition, some properties of liquefied wood and physical properties of the foam synthesized in various conditions were evaluated, and compared to that in heat insulator for construction.\nThe viscosity and the hydroxyl value of liquefied wood were controlled by mixing PLACCEL303 and PLACCEL205U used as solvent. The correlation between the thermal conductivity and the density or state of the bubble of foam were investigated. The high foam magnification and low density were subjected to synthesize high thermal insulating properties. We have understood that the thermal conductivity probably increases by the influence of the radiation of heat transmission, even if the density is low.
