Report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では二核金属タンパクの機能モデルの構築を目的とし,酸素運搬体であるヘムエリトリンやヘモシアニンの機能モデルとして,二核鉄及び銅酸素錯体の設計・開発を行った。特に二核鉄錯体では,μ-peroxo錯体の熱的安定性と酸素親和性の制御,さらに銅錯体では単核superoxo銅およびμ-peroxo二核銅錯体の作り分けに成功した。\n鉄酸素錯体:様々な二核化配位子を用い二核cis-μ-1,2-peroxo鉄錯体の不可逆的酸化の防止を試みた。その結果今回得られた酸素錯体([Fe_2(Ph-bimp)((C_6H_5)_2CHCO_2)(O_2)]^<2+> Ph-bimp = 2,6-bis[bis{2-(1-methyl-4,5-diphenylimidazolyl)methyl}aminomethyl]-4-methylphenolate)では,40℃の高温でも可逆的酸素化が可能となった。結晶構造解析から二核化配位子(Ph-bimp)のフェニル基と架橋カルボン酸イオンのフェニル基が,酸素結合部位を囲む疎水的反応場を作り,これが酸素錯体の熱的安定性に大きく寄与していることが明らかとなった。また二核化配位子の架橋骨格の立体化学により酸素親和性を数万倍の範囲で制御可能であることを見い出した。高酸素親和性および低酸素親和性錯体のそれぞれの酸素化前後の錯体の結晶構造解析に成功し,高酸素親和性錯体では,酸素化前後で大きな構造変化がなく,低酸素親和性錯体では大きな構造変化があることが明らかとなった。\n銅酸素錯体:様々な置換基を持つ三脚型四座配位子((R_1R_2NCH_2CH_2)_3N:L)を用い銅(I)錯体([Cu(L)]^+)と酸素との反応性を調べた。その結果,置換基の立体的かさ高さにより単核superoxoおよび二核trans-μ-1,2-peroxo錯体の作り分けに成功し,構造および様々な分光学的性質を明らかにした。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:10640540,
