The Revised Job Satisfaction Inventory for Nurses (JSN-R) was used to assess job satisfaction levels.\nResults: Multiple regression analysis of 406 valid responses extracted explanatory variables for nursesʼ intention to remain in their profession from 16 subscales of the JSN-R.
