Few data exist, however, regarding the gene expression profiles of the ephrin (EFN) and Eph receptor (EPH) family of genes in atherosclerosis-related human cells. Gene expression profiles were determined of all 21 members of this gene family in atherosclerosis-related cells by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analysis. The following 17 members were detected in adult human peripheral blood monocytes: EFNA1 and EFNA3 - EFNA5 (coding for ephrins A1 and A3 - A5); EPHA1, EPHA2, EPHA4 - EPHA6 and EPHA8 (coding for Eph receptors A1, A2, A4 - A6 and A8); EFNB1 and EFNB2 (coding for ephrins B1 and B2); and EPHB1 - EPHB4 and EPHB6 (coding for Eph receptors B1 - B4 and B6). THP-1 monocytic cells, Jurkat T cells and adult arterial endothelial cells also expressed multiple EFN and EPH genes. These results indicate that a wide variety of ephrins and Eph receptors might affect monocyte chemotaxis, contributing to the development of atherosclerosis. Their pathological significance requires further study. © 2011 Field House Publishing LLP.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"提供者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"金沢大学医薬保健研究域医学系","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24517/00050263","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_4_publisher_17":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"SAGE Publications"}]},"item_4_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1177/147323001103900220","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_4_rights_23":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"Copyright © SAGE Publications"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00700686","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_4_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0300-0605","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_version_type_25":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sakamoto, Aiji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sugamoto, Yuka"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tokunaga, Y."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yoshimuta, Tsuyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hayashi, Kenshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Konno, Tetsuo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kawashiri, Masa-aki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takeda, Yoshiyu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamagishi, Masakazu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-03-01"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ME-PR-YAMAGISHI-M-522.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"159.6 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_6","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ME-PR-YAMAGISHI-M-522.pdf","url":"https://kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/43921/files/ME-PR-YAMAGISHI-M-522.pdf"},"version_id":"088ef5b6-1660-4659-add2-88b872735cfa"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Expression profiling of the ephrin (EFN) and Eph receptor (EPH) family of genes in atherosclerosis-related human cells","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Expression profiling of the ephrin (EFN) and Eph receptor (EPH) family of genes in atherosclerosis-related human cells"}]},"item_type_id":"4","owner":"18","path":["1134"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2018-03-01"},"publish_date":"2018-03-01","publish_status":"0","recid":"43921","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Expression profiling of the ephrin (EFN) and Eph receptor (EPH) family of genes in atherosclerosis-related human cells"],"weko_creator_id":"18","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-27T17:41:36.965181+00:00"}
