{"created":"2023-07-27T06:51:07.424282+00:00","id":44403,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"9017354d-e8f5-465a-a97a-d0bece00b2ee"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"44403","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"44403"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00044403","sets":["2812:2813:2826"]},"author_link":["19995","382"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-05","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"10p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2005-2007","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成19(2007)年度 科学研究費補助金 基盤研究(C) 研究成果報告書"},{"bibliographic_title":"2007 Fiscal Year Final Research Report","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ウサギ開腹下での肝類洞血流速度の測定としてビデオ記録下で生体顕微鏡により血球の類洞内移動画像を記録し、パーソナルコンピュータ上で解析し単位時間当たりの移動距離から類洞内血流速度の推定を行った。平均速度は測定開始直後にはおよそ30pixel/flameであったがウサギの全身状態の変化により10分程度で流速が低下し、最終的には塞栓物質や血管作動薬などを使用しない状態でも類洞血流が停滞しOpixel/flameになってしまうことが判明した。この結果から、ラットやマウスなど小型動物では開腹、肝臓露出などのインターベンションが容易に全身の血行動態に影響を及ぼし実験結果に悪影響を及ぼすことは知られていたが比較的大型の動物であるウサギにおいても同様の現象が生じることが理解され、ウサギで実験を行う場合、実験時の十分な全身管理が必要不可欠であることが判明した。また、観察肝葉の位置の移動や、ウサギの体位変換に伴う類洞流速変化も生じ、これらのばらつきが非常に大きいことから、ウサギの場合も厳格な全身管理と恒常的な観察方法の確立が重要であると考えられた。\n本研究ではウサギを対象動物として、生理的血行状態下に肝内の正常血行動態の観察および塞栓物質の動態を生体顕微鏡にて観察し、血管作動薬の併用が塞栓物質の動態をいかに変化させるかを観察することにより、基礎的データに基づく効果的な塞栓物質投与法を確立し、肝動脈塞栓術の治療効果を向上させることを最終目的としたが現段階では正常ウサギの肝内類洞血流速度測定手技の確立と類洞内血流速度の推定にとどまった。結論として、より大型の動物を使用して類似の検討を行うことがヒトの肝動脈塞栓術の至適条件の決定に有用であると言える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"To decide the hepatic sinusoidal flow velocity, at fires, the hematocyte moving images were recorded using video-capturing method under in-vivo microscopy of rabbit liver. And then the captured image analysis was done on computer software and finally estimated sinusoidal blood flow velocity was calculated.\nAt first, average flow velocity of the sinusoids was about 30 pixel/flame. However, the flow velocity decreases within ten minutes according to the changes of rabbit body conditions such as body temperature and heart rates, respiratory rates. According to these results, strict control of rabbit body condition was necessary for further analysis of sinusoidal blood flow.\nThis research aimed at the basic research for transcatheter arterial embolization of hepatic tumor using in-vivo microscopic method in small animal such as rabbit.
