| 内容記述 | 末梢動脈疾患（peripheral arteial desease:PAD）患者の中でも重症虚血肢（critical limb ischemia:CLI）を呈する患者が経験する下肢疼痛を「振動ケア」によって緩和できるかを検証した。下肢末梢循環促進効果は60％の対象者に得られた。経皮酸素分圧値では平均8.2mmHg上昇した。自覚症状がある対象者の57％に症状緩和効果があった。QOL調査票による変化では、総合点では有意な変化はなく、2項目（symptom、pain）において有意な変化を認めた。「振動ケア」の有効性が得られた今回の対象者の分析からABI0.8がカットオフ値として見出された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is chronic arterial occlusion of the lower extremities caused by atherosclerosis. This study investigated the efficacy of vibration therapy for increasing skin blood flow and decreasing pain in PAD patients. A vibrator was used to apply vibration for 15 minutes to the posterior surface of the legs. Data before and after vibration therapy were compared. (1) Changes in transcutaneous oxygen pressure (tcPO2) on the dorsum of the foot were evaluated by ΔtcPO2, (2) changes in a visual analog scale (VAS) for pain were evaluated by ΔVAS and (3)QOL. The value of ΔtcPO2 was significantly greater in the effective group than in the ineffective group(8.2 mmHg). Receiver operating characteristic analysis of the Ankle Brachial Index revealed a cutoff point of 0.8 and an area under the curve of 0.857. (2) The values of ΔVAS and QOL score were no different between the effective group and the ineffective group. |
